This position is entirely remote, offering you the flexibility to work from your home while still being connected to a supportive team. You will be utilizing advanced virtual therapy platforms, ensuring easy access for both you and your clients. With a structured schedule of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, this role provides the perfect balance between professional commitments and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide therapeutic services to individual clients and couples, navigating various emotional and mental health challenges.

• Develop, implement, and continually monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Ensure timely documentation of therapy sessions is submitted within 24 hours to maintain accurate records and uphold compliance standards.

• Engage in peer case consultations, contributing to a collaborative approach to client care and professional growth.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies and best practices to enhance treatment efficacy, leading to improved patient outcomes.

The primary patient population for this role includes adults and couples facing various challenges related to mental health, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• Active independent licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW) is mandatory to ensure compliance with professional standards.

• Proficiency in utilizing virtual therapy platforms, ensuring seamless and effective communication with clients.
