Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, identifying their strengths and resources to inform treatment planning.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans detailing specific goals, interventions, and strategies that align with clients' needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and coordinated care for clients across various treatment modalities.

• Participate in crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments and safety planning when necessary to ensure the well-being of at-risk clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring that all client records reflect current treatment strategies and progress.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that promote skill development and peer support among clients.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and seniors. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
