Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your expertise and clinical knowledge to assess and formulate psychosocial diagnoses tailored to individual students.

• Collaborate with students, parents, and educational staff to develop holistic, patient-centered treatment plans aimed at improving mental health outcomes.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation to effectively address students' needs.

• Work alongside various professionals and service providers, ensuring an integrated approach to care that supports students' overall wellbeing.

• Track and monitor students’ progress towards their treatment goals through systematic assessments, both in person (when applicable) and virtually.

• Assist in managing psychotropic medications as deemed necessary; focus on adherence, side effects, and effectiveness in collaboration with medical providers.

In this role, you will be directly engaging with a diverse population of students facing a range of mental health challenges. Your work will focus on early intervention and preventative care, emphasizing the importance of mental health awareness within educational settings. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an independently licensed therapist, demonstrating direct engagement in therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience\n
