This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment, allowing you to interact with clients through our secure telehealth platform. Your schedule can be tailored to suit your personal and professional life, with full-time counselors working Monday through Friday and part-time counselors having the option to create a schedule that meets both team and personal needs, with no weekend obligations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to form a comprehensive understanding of their situation.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to groups, individuals, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring comprehensive client care while maintaining open communication and cooperative treatment planning.

• Keep up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and current.

You will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.

• Must possess an active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, complemented by performance bonuses and a sign-on bonus.
