Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to deliver effective treatment.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches according to the dynamics and specific challenges faced by clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with industry regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from adolescents to adults, each facing unique emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a sign-on bonus to new hires.
