Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Ser Mejor, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to engage clients in their counseling journey while ensuring adherence to clinical best practices.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care aligned with organizational goals for patient mental health improvement.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
