Work Environment

Our clinic operates in a welcoming, on-site environment dedicated to orthopedic rehabilitation. You will enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule, with operational hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. The facility is designed to accommodate diverse rehabilitation needs and includes specialized areas for physical therapy interventions, exercise programs, and patient education. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient goals and needs effectively.
• Manage a patient load of approximately one client per hour, ensuring personalized attention and care.
• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans utilizing a variety of modalities and techniques.
• Administer cost-effective treatments aimed at maximizing patient mobility while minimizing reliance on medications.
• Research and recommend non-surgical alternatives for pain management and rehabilitation strategies.
• Develop and customize fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient's individual requirements.
• Provide ongoing motivation and support to patients, helping them improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Monitor patient progress and document all treatment services provided for comprehensive care continuity.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At our clinic, we primarily serve patients who are undergoing orthopedic rehabilitation for various conditions, including sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain management, and mobility impairments. Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia.
• No disciplinary actions or board sanctions recorded against the license.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and skilled in developing tailored exercise programs.
• Experience utilizing EMR software, with familiarity in WebPT being a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in implementing evidence-based treatment protocols.
• Experience in designing injury prevention and wellness programs is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, supplemented with an attractive benefits package.
