Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine patients' musculoskeletal deficits and functional limitations, tailoring treatment plans to their specific needs.
• Manage a manageable caseload of one patient per hour while ensuring high-quality, personalized care throughout their treatment journey.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities and manual therapy techniques to facilitate recovery and promote physical well-being.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow healthcare professionals to optimize the treatment process and improve patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes comprehensively, maintaining accurate records in accordance with clinical standards.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal recovery trajectories.
• Provide education to patients and their families about exercise techniques, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay abreast of advancements in physical therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
