Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify individual patient needs, goals, and therapeutic requirements.
• Provide high-quality treatment to 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring each session is productive and focused on achieving optimal outcomes.
• Create customized care plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities to enhance patients' mobility and function.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques effectively, drawing on renowned methods to alleviate pain and improve movement.
• Employ electronic medical records (EMR) software, specifically WebPT, for patient documentation and tracking treatment progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, ensuring a comprehensive treatment approach that addresses all aspects of patient health.
• Analyze treatment results, documenting advancements and making necessary adjustments to therapy plans to maximize patient benefit.
• Encourage and inspire patients, equipping them with the tools and strategies needed to progress toward healthy living.
• Educate clients on the importance of maintaining physical fitness and wellness through individualized regimens catered to each patient's lifestyle.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state Physical Therapist License with no board actions or disciplinary issues.
