Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to assess the mental health needs of clients accurately and develop effective treatment plans tailored to their individual goals.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused approaches, ensuring that therapy remains client-centered and goal-oriented.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual sessions with clients, leveraging technology to provide accessible and adaptable support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapist will primarily work with a diverse adult client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Valid and current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a caseload.

• No history of disciplinary actions against licensure.
