Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial interviews and accurately document client cases, tracking progress from the very first consultation to the completion of treatment.

• Utilize diagnostic tools to evaluate clients' mental, behavioral, and emotional health efficiently and effectively.

• Develop and implement detailed intervention and recovery plans tailored for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring each plan addresses unique client situations.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based approaches to enhance client engagement and outcomes.

• Monitor and document clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health specialists, physicians, and social workers to ensure comprehensive intervention strategies.

• Follow up with psychiatrists and attending physicians regarding clients admitted to hospitals, maintaining continuity of care.

• Identify and mitigate behaviors that may hinder clients' recovery, fostering an environment conducive to healing.

• Provide support and guidance to family members and primary caregivers, equipping them with strategies for managing mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work at Eleanor Behavioral Health Center will serve a broad range of patients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families affected by mental health disorders. Our clientele often presents with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure in the state of Texas as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A passing score in the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as AVATAR to manage client documentation and treatment plans.

• A sound understanding of psychotropic medications and their implications on mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflective of your qualifications and experience.
