Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individualized therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic approaches suited to clients' unique situations.
• Collaborate with clients to set and adjust therapeutic goals, ensuring their continuous progress is monitored throughout each session.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, leveraging virtual platforms to maintain accessibility for clients who may have mobility issues or prefer remote sessions.
• Document therapeutic interactions accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in training and workshops to remain updated on emerging trends and techniques in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
