Work Environment

This role offers a fully remote work environment, providing the convenience of telehealth services. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing tools, ensuring a safe and confidential environment.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused interventions, to facilitate effective therapy sessions.
• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, incorporating ongoing assessment and modifications as necessary.
• Guide clients in developing insights regarding their emotions, relationships, and experiences, fostering understanding and personal growth.
• Regularly monitor client progress against treatment goals and aid in the establishment of healthy coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary client population consists of stable, low-acuity adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Our mission is to help these individuals enhance their quality of life through supportive therapy and empowerment. Qualifications

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Must possess one of the following unrestricted licenses to practice independently: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on record.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a strong ability to engage with clients empathetically.
• Proficient in utilizing technology, including remote communication tools and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth counseling, particularly in managing clients in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques that cater to diverse client needs.
• A proven track record of success in developing effective treatment plans and achieving positive client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, depending on your caseload and experience. In addition, we offer a significant sign-on bonus to enhance your transition into our practice. Full-time counselors benefit from a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring that you have access to necessary medical resources.
