Work Environment

Our work setting is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to reach and serve clients from the comfort of your own home. You will also have the chance to work within our outpatient office in San Antonio as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine each client’s mental health status and therapeutic needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with the individual goals and objectives of your clients.
• Provide effective individual therapy sessions to adults employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to maintain an engaging virtual presence during therapy sessions, ensuring clients receive the care they require regardless of location.
• Conduct crisis intervention services in real-time scenarios to support clients during critical moments, assessing their immediate needs for intervention.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current on industry trends, best practices, and innovative strategies in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse range of clients, including young adults, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma recovery. Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building effective therapeutic relationships.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to client care.
• Strong organizational skills coupled with effective time-management abilities to handle a full caseload.
• No prior history of disciplinary actions against your practice.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in conducting teletherapy and familiarity with virtual counseling platforms.
• Proven track record of successful client outcomes in therapy.
• Demonstrated engagement in continuous professional development activities.

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year based on your caseload and experience.
