Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to evaluate mental health needs and establish effective treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities during individual therapy sessions aimed at promoting personal growth and recovery.
• Set achievable therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress regularly to ensure the effectiveness of the treatment process.
• Provide teletherapy services to accommodate clients’ varying accessibility needs, making mental health care more attainable.
• Document client interactions and progress meticulously to maintain compliance with ethical standards and enhance ongoing treatment strategies.
• Participate in regular team meetings and collaborative discussions to share insights and strategies for improved client outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of emerging best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population includes individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work with a diverse group of clients from the Federal Way community and beyond, fostering a therapeutic atmosphere that promotes trust and healing.

Qualifications

• Current valid state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Proficient interpersonal and communication skills with a strong emphasis on empathy and understanding.
• Competence in organized documentation practices and time management.

Preferred Experience

While experience in a similar therapeutic role is preferred, we welcome applications from newly licensed therapists eager to make a difference. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms is advantageous, as it aligns with our remote service model.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 per year , commensurate with your experience and caseload.
