Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement personalized therapy plans that cater to the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions focused on recovery, emotional support, and coping strategies.
• Engage in regular collaboration with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to each client’s treatment.
• Record detailed documentation of therapy sessions and track client progress, adhering to ethical guidelines and insurance requirements.
• Manage a full caseload effectively while maintaining a high standard of care and supporting clients' journey toward mental wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your ideal patients will span a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health conditions. You will work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current licensure in Arizona as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Proven familiarity with solution-focused therapy methodologies and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A commitment to providing client-centered care that fosters trust and rapport.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience as a licensed mental health therapist.

Compensation and Benefits
