Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs, objectives, and areas for improvement through structured interviews and standardized evaluation tools.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based methodologies to assist clients dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions to explore relational dynamics, enhance communication, and resolve conflicts.
\n
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, setting measurable objectives and selecting appropriate therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing client progress.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients in distress, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning as needed.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health resources, coping mechanisms, and wellness strategies, empowering them for greater self-management.

• Maintain meticulous client records that meet legal and ethical standards, including assessments, treatment plans, and notes reflecting progress and outcomes.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines while ensuring client confidentiality and obtaining informed consent throughout the counseling process.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications.
