Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs accurately, using established evaluation tools and methodologies.

• Formulate personalized treatment plans based on in-depth evaluations and ongoing feedback from clients, ensuring their goals and preferences are incorporated.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide integrated and holistic care.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance clinical skills and ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring continuity of care for clients.

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
