Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, fostering strong therapeutic alliances while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular progress evaluations with clients, discussing treatment goals, session outcomes, and appropriate discharge plans when necessary.

• Create and oversee personalized treatment plans that cater to individual client needs, continuously adapting them as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Carry out intake assessments to evaluate potential clients’ needs and establish treatment paths.

• Engage in one-on-one supervision sessions to reflect on professional development and client care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this counselor role, you will work with a varied client population that includes adults, children, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Proficiency with technology and digital systems, including RMS, Excel, and email platforms.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Comfortable and skilled in performing comprehensive intake assessments.
