Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to identify their individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, families, and groups.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on holistic approaches to client care.

• Staying abreast of the latest mental health research by engaging in professional development opportunities such as workshops and conferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship difficulties. Your role will primarily focus on providing support to underserved communities, where access to mental health services may be limited. Your expertise will empower clients to overcome challenges and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health profession.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients from varying backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
