Work Environment

This full-time position is conducted onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in the heart of Elizabeth, New Jersey. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with healthcare providers, referral sources, and specialists, ensuring that all patient care is holistic and comprehensive. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients, developing customized treatment plans that meet their specific needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and refine treatment approaches based on patient progress.
• Maintain a respectful and supportive environment by interacting positively with patients of diverse backgrounds and ages, adhering to our customer service standards.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulations.
• Regularly re-evaluate patients to adjust treatment plans as necessary, providing education to patients and their families throughout the therapy process.
• Supervise and support assigned assistance staff, ensuring that they are aligned with treatment goals and departmental procedures.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives and participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) programs, contributing to program development and marketing strategies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and in-services, to enhance your skills and competencies.
• Adhere to local and state licensing regulations, maintaining good standing with the regulatory board.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
