Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a residential location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security‑related incidents, and support residents and guests with exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $19.50 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimes: Wed 11:00 PM – 06:00 AM; Thur 11:00 PM – 06:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by following security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and document observations and actions taken according to site guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, to help deter unwanted activity and identify security‑related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, communicate with residents and property personnel, and report maintenance, lighting, and/or property issues that may impact the location. Support move‑in, move‑out, and after‑hours coverage needs as assigned, while maintaining a professional presence and providing clear directions and assistance to residents and visitors. Minimum Requirements Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. A guard card is required. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
