Multiple roles are available in both Resource and Center-Based Special Education, as well as Developmental Adapted Physical Education (DAPE).

Openings cover diverse needs and endorsement requirements, including roles for Autism Spectrum Disorders, Emotional Behavioral Disorders, Developmental Cognitive Disabilities, Academic Behavioral Strategist, and DAPE. You'll collaborate with dedicated colleagues, employ evidence-based strategies, and help students reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications & Required Experience:

• Active Tier 3 or Tier 4 Minnesota Special Education teaching license (matching one or more of: ASD, DCD, EBD, ABS, or DAPE).
• At least 2 years of experience teaching in special education (experience as a general educator, paraprofessional, or substitute does not apply).
• Expertise in adapting curriculum and instruction for students with unique needs.
• Understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance with all federal and state guidelines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for partnering with staff, families, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted instruction and interventions as outlined in IEPs.
• Collect data and monitor student progress towards goals.
• Utilize positive behavior supports and differentiated instructional practices.
• Coordinate with general education staff and related service providers.
