Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client mental health needs, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and structured interviews.

• Providing individualized one-on-one counseling sessions for clients facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base comprises diverse individuals from various backgrounds, experiencing a wide range of mental health issues. You will work with adult clients primarily, but may also engage with adolescents and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State is a must.

• Completion of three or more years of supervised clinical hours, which aligns with state regulations and practical experience requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n
