What You'll Do This position is responsible for providing highly diverse administrative support. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Heavy calendar scheduling, draft agendas & meeting minutes, proofreading, & monthly T&E reports Arrange travel itineraries, visa applications (when required), car services, and expat family travel for yearly home visits Coordinating meetings including the management of attendees, booking location and time, arranging meals and any A/V materials; strong knowledge of Microsoft TEAMS Create and manage POs Office management: restocking supplies and managing the product closet The ability to deal with people at all levels both internally and externally is critical What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications Prior administrative experience in a corporate environment Ability to work in a challenging and fast paced environment Must be financially savvy and have the ability to manage a budget and POs Must be looking for a long-term administrative assistant position Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred Preferred Qualifications Must possess a high degree of professionalism & ability to handle highly confidential information Must possess extremely strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels, both internally and externally, as well as varied cultural backgrounds and creative personalities Requires strong writing and oral communication skills Ability to maintain organization while effectively managing multiple tasks and competing priorities Ability to use judgment and discretion and complete tasks with limited or no direction Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Outlook Adaptable and able to learn new systems quickly and efficiently Must be a proactive and forward thinker who has creative problem-solving skills Possess ability to work in a team environment across multiple functions Salary Range $90,000-$126,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job‑related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level) Benefits Hybrid Work Policy (3 Days in Office, 2 Days Work from Home) Flexible Time Off (Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Vacation Buy Program, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!)
