Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing individual mental health counseling to clients through secure video chat platforms, ensuring ethical and compassionate care.

• Implementing solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client’s personal needs and therapeutic goals.

• Designing, developing, and updating individualized treatment plans to effectively address the mental health issues presented by clients.

• Facilitating clients’ understanding and insights into their emotions, behaviors, and interpersonal relationships to foster personal growth.

• Monitoring client progress regularly and adapting treatment strategies as necessary to promote effective coping mechanisms and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population for this role includes stable, low acuity adults who present with a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. Therapists will have the opportunity to engage with clients seeking support for anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, and personal development. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Possession of one of the following licenses, which must permit independent practice without supervision: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses are accepted; candidates must have a clean disciplinary record.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to therapy.

• Proficient in using technology for counseling and documentation, with strong computer skills.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role is required. Candidates with experience in working with adults facing varying degrees of mental health issues will be preferred, as this role specifically caters to low acuity cases.
