Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Hilltop View Advocate Center, you will enjoy a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patient mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities as appropriate for your client’s preferences and requirements.

• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices.
\n
• Actively collaborating with a diverse treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated care that addresses both physical and mental health issues.

• Participating in regular team meetings, case consultations, and peer reviews to promote the highest quality of care and professional development.

• Providing educational resources and emotional support to patients and their families regarding mental health, treatment options, and accessible community resources.

• Managing a full caseload of patients efficiently while ensuring that treatment goals are met promptly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
