As a member of our counseling team, you will collaborate with other mental health professionals, including social workers, case managers, and psychiatrists, to create a holistic treatment experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client's specific needs.

• Facilitate engaging and effective therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using video conferencing tools.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and solution-focused interventions.

• Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring clients receive the support they need during critical times.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with Tennessee state regulations.

• Actively participate in case reviews and team meetings to continuously improve therapeutic strategies and contribute to a culture of learning within the organization.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities provided by the organization to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Our clients range from young adults to those in later stages of life, and the therapist will be expected to adapt their approach to meet the unique cultural and personal needs of each individual or family.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and active LMFT license in Tennessee, ensuring good standing with the state regulatory board.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient or mental health setting, demonstrating competence in therapeutic practices.

• Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions relevant to family and relationship counseling.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.

• Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, which is advantageous for efficient documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
