Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct detailed evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Individualized Treatment Plans: Create personalized and evidence-based treatment strategies tailored to each patient's specific needs and recovery goals.
• Hands-On Therapy and Modalities: Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, to facilitate rehabilitation and recovery.
• Patient and Family Education: Provide comprehensive education to patients and their families on injury prevention, effective movement strategies, and adhere to home exercise programs.
• Progress Monitoring and Documentation: Regularly assess patient progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and maintain precise documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist at InCore Physical Therapy, you will primarily work with patients experiencing orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Your expertise will play a critical role in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journeys, enhancing their overall functionality, and improving their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of New Jersey.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in patient care.
• Thorough understanding and knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication abilities to effectively work within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) is preferred.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
