The Orthopedic Physical Therapist role is conducted onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Fairview, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or degenerative diseases with tailored rehabilitation programs.
• Establish comprehensive treatment plans that integrate advanced therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities as necessary.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, modifying treatment plans in response to ongoing assessments.
• Educate patients and their families about exercises and home care strategies to enhance recovery.
• Recommend the appropriate use of assistive devices for mobility and self-care when indicated.
• Conduct regular reassessments and adjust therapeutic goals and strategies in conjunction with patient feedback.
• Engage in continuous learning by participating in workshops, reviewing literature, and networking within professional communities to stay abreast of industry advancements.

Qualifications

• A current Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 – $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, you will benefit from:
