Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status, including administering standardized assessments as needed.

• Maintain regular, structured follow-up sessions with clients, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide referrals to ancillary healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists or specialized therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position involves working with a diverse client population, including individuals from various backgrounds and demographics. You will engage with clients dealing with a range of mental health challenges, particularly those experiencing anxiety, depression, substance abuse issues, and other related mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD $70,000 – $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
