Work Environment

Working full-time, you will have a steady schedule from Monday to Friday, with work hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment & Diagnosis: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each patient's physical condition, including range of motion, strength, and functional limitations. Utilize tests and assessments to establish baseline data for ongoing evaluation.
• Individualized Treatment Plans: Develop tailored treatment plans grounded in the latest evidence-based practices. Collaborate with patients to set achievable goals that are aligned with their needs and aspirations.
• Hands-On Therapy & Modalities: Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation, to promote healing and restore function.
• Patient & Family Education: Equip patients and their families with information on injury prevention, proper movement techniques, and the implementation of home exercise programs to support ongoing recovery.
• Progress Monitoring & Documentation: Continuously monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations by maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of treatment protocols and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clinic serves a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Jersey.

• Educational credentials of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in orthopedic rehabilitation techniques and a comprehensive understanding of musculoskeletal dysfunction.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
