Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, offering flexibility while requiring collaboration with on-site staff and professionals. Working closely with educators, psychologists, and other mental health providers, you will facilitate a comprehensive approach to student care. Your work schedule will typically be Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the possibility of occasional evening shifts or rotating weekends as needed to ensure continuous support for students.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for students, gathering information about their personal history, presenting issues, and any relevant risk factors.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans to effectively address students' mental health challenges, fostering emotional well-being and successful integration into the school community.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care during both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate therapy sessions aimed at personal growth, emotional regulation, and the development of effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create a seamless care coordination process, ensuring that students receive holistic support.

• Provide crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, skillfully employing de-escalation techniques and referring students for higher levels of care when necessary.

• Educate students and their families about mental health conditions and resources, fostering empowerment and awareness around available treatment options.

• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with relevant regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
