Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior Telehealth Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and needs.

• Developing individualized treatment plans with specific therapeutic goals tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Providing evidence-based individual therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Utilizing our teletherapy platform to ensure accessibility and facilitate remote sessions that are efficient and effective.

• Monitoring client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and providing regular feedback to clients on their journeys toward mental well-being.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation to meet ethical standards while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families who are facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stress management. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A valid and active state license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits\n
