Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering personalized therapy sessions, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, ensuring that treatment focuses on each client's unique circumstances and needs.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ strengths, needs, and treatment goals, using standardized tools and evidence-based practices.

• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans that incorporate best practices in mental health, addressing client concerns while embracing their feedback throughout the process.

• Regularly collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community organizations, to provide coordinated care that enhances client outcomes.

• Maintaining up-to-date and precise documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and assessment results in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will engage a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing unique mental health challenges. You will support clients dealing with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full, independent licensure to practice in Arizona as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates should have no disciplinary actions on their record.

Preferred Experience\n
