This role is structured as a remote position, allowing for flexibility and the ability to work from the comfort of your home. Our team operates primarily during standard business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance and avoiding after-hours commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive client assessments to determine the severity and nature of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring individualized care.

• Developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting achievable goals that align with their unique needs, preferences, and circumstances.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote mental health recovery.

• Delivering psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, coping strategies, and treatment options, enhancing their understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Regularly monitoring client progress to evaluate treatment effectiveness, making informed adjustments to treatment plans as required.

• Working closely with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure the delivery of integrated, comprehensive care for each client.

You will work primarily with individuals facing mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and various anxiety-related conditions. Our client base is diverse, encompassing adults from various backgrounds, ensuring a rich and varied therapeutic experience. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies for mood disorders, specifically familiarity with CBT and DBT.

• A strong grasp of psychopharmacology, providing the ability to communicate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals regarding client care.

• Demonstrated success in achieving positive treatment outcomes with clients facing mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
