Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions, identifying their goals and rehabilitation needs.
• Manage an individual caseload, nurturing and guiding one patient at a time for one-hour sessions.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans utilizing a variety of intervention techniques.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities and manual therapy techniques to improve patients' range of motion.
• Educate patients about their conditions and the impact of physical therapy in their recovery journey.
• Continuously monitor and assess patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Document all care services delivered systematically and accurately using EMR software like WebPT.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
• Encourage and motivate patients, helping them remain committed to their rehabilitation goals.
• Advocate for a healthy lifestyle by promoting exercises that enhance strength, flexibility, and overall wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role is centered around outpatient orthopedic patients, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping these patients regain their independence and functional ability. With an emphasis on personalized attention, you will ensure that each patient's unique needs are met, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Florida State license in Physical Therapy with no history of disciplinary action.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and designing effective exercise programs.
• Experience utilizing electronic medical records software, particularly WebPT, is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of successfully treating patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions.
• Strong ability to engage with patients, building rapport and supporting them through their recovery.

Compensation and Benefits

Rebound Physiotherapy Services, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
