Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate each patient’s personal history and trauma background, ensuring the identification of tailored treatment methodologies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), adapting techniques based on individual client responses.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients through the trauma processing cycle while teaching them effective coping strategies and promoting emotional healing.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other health professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring all aspects of a client's health are addressed.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support in case of trauma-related emergencies, prioritizing patient safety and immediate care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
