Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Miracle Pathways, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing immediate support and crisis intervention when necessary to ensure client safety and stability.
\n
• Maintaining comprehensive and confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses, to ensure coordinated and holistic care.

• Educating clients on effective coping strategies, communication techniques, and self-care practices to empower them to take charge of their mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a varied client population consisting of children, adolescents, and families dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
