Geriatric Neurobehavioral Therapist (LCSW/LPC)
GuideStar Eldercare
GuideStar Eldercare in Texas seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide neurobehavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support elders with neurocognitive disorders and coordinate care with facilities, PCPs, and families; this full-time role includes a productivity bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
