Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility in managing your caseload while still engaging with colleagues for collaborative treatment planning. The role operates under an outpatient office structure, empowering professionals to connect efficiently with clients and integrate individualized treatment approaches. Expect to work from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with possible minor adjustments to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health evaluations to identify clients' trauma histories and tailor treatment plans.

• Develop and implement personalized trauma recovery strategies aimed at resilience and growth.

• Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, aiding clients in processing their trauma and fostering coping skills.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies with a focus on immediate stabilization.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, available coping mechanisms, and additional support resources.

• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality as per legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities related to trauma-informed care.

• Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to continuously enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at our clinic, your primary focus will be on clients who have endured trauma, manifesting symptoms of PTSD, complex trauma, and other related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctorate degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and current state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A foundational understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed therapeutic practices.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, along with the ability to foster a nonjudgmental and supportive environment for clients.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

• A commitment to collaborative teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience providing trauma-informed care.

• Previous involvement in trauma-focused therapy and interventions is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 105,000, commensurate with experience.
