Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the symptoms and severity of mood disorders, employing standardized diagnostic tools and interviewing techniques.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to guide sessions and enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Monitor client progress meticulously throughout treatment, adjusting plans based on individual responses to therapy and ongoing evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, PsyD, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• A strong foundation in evidence-based treatment practices, particularly in CBT and DBT.

• A comprehensive understanding of psychopharmacology for effective collaboration with prescribing psychiatrists.

Compensation and Benefits\n
