Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, histories, and mental health goals.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families utilizing a variety of evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy.

• Assist clients in identifying personal objectives and milestones, regularly evaluating their progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary for continued improvement.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including training opportunities and workshops to stay current with mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing diverse mental health challenges. You will work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological conditions. Understanding cultural and socioeconomic factors that affect mental health is crucial in fostering rapport and delivering effective care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in the state of Vermont.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices that directly support client wellness outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
