This position operates in a remote setting, combining flexibility with the ability to make a direct impact from your living space. As part of a Detox Center, you will be addressing varying levels of complexity in psychosocial needs, ensuring that our clients feel supported in their recovery. Regular video conferencing and digital communication will be key components of your day-to-day collaborations with both clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to identify the needs and challenges of patients.

• Work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their individual goals, focusing on empowering them through evidence-based practices.

• Utilize therapeutic methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) during individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure seamless care for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to all regulatory requirements and clinic policies.

• Offer psychoeducation resources to patients and families, equipping them with strategies to manage their mental health challenges effectively.

• Engage in regular outcome assessments to evaluate the efficacy of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments to enhance patient care.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in social work and mental health to continuously improve service delivery.

This role primarily focuses on individuals undergoing detoxification and recovering from substance use disorders, often presenting with co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
