Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs, strengths, and areas for growth, and develop individualized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals.

• Create detailed pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans to address immediate and long-term client needs.

• Effectively document all client interactions and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to facilitate informed decision-making and enhance the efficacy of treatment interventions.

• Collaborate seamlessly with program teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans, integrating feedback from interdisciplinary efforts.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the quality and integrity of the services provided.

• Serve as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to coordinate comprehensive care for your clients.

• Promote effective communication channels within the organization and in the community, striving to meet contract standards and enhance the mental health mission.

• Build and sustain relationships with local and state agencies, seeking new partnerships and funding opportunities that will further enhance program offerings.

• Continuously pursue professional development opportunities by attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions relevant to mental health care.

• Embark on activities that align with the agency’s mission, values, and philosophy to foster community engagement and advocacy.

• Carry out additional duties as delegated by the Clinic Director, remaining flexible and responsive to the needs of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position serves a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including those dealing with emotional distress, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and individuals affected by traumatic brain injuries. The role requires sensitivity and adaptability to cater to the unique circumstances and backgrounds of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health field is required.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually. In addition to base compensation, we provide monthly productivity bonuses, comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, and vision), a 403(b) retirement plan with a 3% match, and a generous PTO/sick leave policy. Qualified candidates will also receive a hire-on bonus and participation in the first-time homebuyer grant program.
