Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of clients to identify their needs, strengths, and therapeutic goals, which will guide the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions incorporating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate individual and group sessions for clients coping with various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of holistic care and to coordinate services that may include psychiatric evaluation or medication management.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations while using electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated on the latest research and attending workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Texas.
