Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gauge clients' mental health needs upon their initial consultation.

• Provide individual therapy to adult clients employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies to effectively address their issues.

• Deliver crisis intervention services promptly when required to support clients in acute distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with diverse adult clients who present with a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. This role facilitates an environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, fostering a safe space for healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated capacity for empathy and active listening.

• A commitment to providing non-judgmental and culturally competent therapy.
\n
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle a full caseload.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

• Annual salary ranging between $90,000 and $104,000, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
