Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to understand clients' emotional, behavioral, and psychological needs, utilizing standard diagnostic tools and strategic questioning.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive client care.

• Maintain thorough and accurate record-keeping of client progress and treatment evaluations while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be to support a varied client base, including adults and youth, each facing different challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to complex trauma and relationship issues. Our approach is tailored to address the whole person, understanding how cultural, social, and personal factors influence mental health. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in counseling or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
