Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Northbay Wellness Clinic, your key responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct dynamic group therapy sessions that foster peer support and shared learning, encouraging clients to connect and grow together.

• Individual Therapy: Provide in-depth, one-on-one counseling sessions, where you will explore individual thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, guiding clients to develop effective coping strategies and personalized action plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). You will be instrumental in creating a safe, respectful environment that fosters healing and personal growth. Your experience in addressing concerns such as co-occurring disorders, trauma, and relationship issues will be invaluable, as you tailor your approach to meet the diverse backgrounds and needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
