Eight positions are available for passionate, skilled professionals eager to help every child succeed. Qualifications & Desired Experience: Current Minnesota teaching license in Special Education: Developmental Cognitive Disabilities (Tier 3 or Tier 4) Experience supporting students in special programs across various age ranges Proven background working with resource and specialized programs (such as RISE placements) preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Enthusiasm for onsite, in-person instruction; this is an onsite-only position Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess individualized instruction that meets the unique needs of students in special education settings Collaborate with fellow educators, school staff, and families to develop IEPs and provide tailored support Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all students feel empowered to learn Monitor and document student progress, adapting strategies as needed for growth and success Participate actively in team meetings, professional development, and school events Benefits & Perks: Structured support from school leadership and peer educators Opportunity to serve in a role that makes a lasting difference for students and families Professional growth within a supportive community If youre a dedicated special educator with the required Minnesota licensure, eager to teach onsite and impact students lives, we would love to hear from you.
